The Green Room is a regular drop of short shareable videos made with the amazing people who take part in BBC programmes. It’s informal, unscripted and gives you a flavour of life behind the scenes at the BBC.

We caught Claudia Winkleman in a BBC corridor and she told us how she gets ready for a night out. Mr Motivator took a BBC lift and gave us exercises to do in it – pelvic lifts anyone? Alessia Cara, Taylor Swift’s BFF, tells us what it took to overcome her fear of singing in public.

As well as the funny chats, we tap the wisdom of The Green Room guests as they give us short cut tips for the dilemmas we face in our lives – from Julianne Moore’s advice to her younger self, to how to make a vegan lunch box.

We loved Craig David’s golden guidance for aspiring musicians so we’ve made him our resident life coach. Which of us doesn’t have something to learn from Craig?? When The Bassline Drops You Know What To Do…
The subjects we love are Celebrity, Food, Life and Entertainment so we’ve grouped our films by these categories. We’ve also made a selection of the BBC moments and programmes we love (Professor Green is our new Louis Theroux) and you can find links to them on all our videos.

There are some topics we felt we could really do in depth so there are specially commissioned films about London Fashion Week and we spend a lovely day in Margate with Gemma Cairney learning how she made it to become a Radio 1 presenter.
We hope you love the films – tell us what you like and what you want more of. See you in The Green Room soon!
